Garbage collection will resume in some areas Friday 23 May, including parts missed previously due to the weather.
Collection times may vary from the usual so please get bins out early.

Bulahdelah Waste Management Centre

Recovery Road, BULAHDELAH 2423

The transfer station is a drop-off centre where all waste is sorted. Reusable and recyclable items are separated, and non recyclable waste is compacted and sent to the Taree landfill facility.

Gloucester Waste Management Centre

Gloucester Waste Management Centre accepts most other forms of waste that are not suitable for kerbside collection. The Gloucester facility is located at 385 Thunderbolts Way, Gloucester.

Minimbah Waste Management Centre

This site, while approved for a future waste management centre, is not currently in use.

Announcement : Since the formation of MidCoast Council, the development of Minimbah Landfill has been put on hold. We are now able to utilise facilities outside of the former Great Lakes region.

Stroud Waste Management Centre

Simmsville Road, STROUD 2425

Stroud Waste Management Centre is located approximately 1.8 kms east of the Stroud township along Simmsville road. The landfill spans over 8 hectares of land and has a lifespan of approximately 20 years.

Taree Waste Management Centre

The Taree Waste Management Centre is a one-stop facility for the disposal of all your rubbish. It includes a licenced landfill; a community recycling centre with a problem waste drop off point.

Tea Gardens Waste Management Centre

The Tea Gardens Waste Mangement Centre is located in the industrial estate off Winta Road, Tea Gardens. The transfer Station is a drop-off centre where all waste and recyclables are separated.

Tuncurry Waste Management Centre

Midge Orchid Road (formerly Tip Road), TUNCURRY 2428

A state of the art material recovery facility. Recyclable material is delivered to this facility, where it undergoes a sorting process before the products are baled and sent to market.
