Community satisfaction survey

Community satisfaction surveys give us a picture of your concerns and priorities. We undertake these surveys roughly every three years. 

The most recent community satisfaction survey was in July 2023.

From the 2023 results, the things that were most important for us to deliver for our community are:

  • Financial management
  • Information
  • Road safety
  • Maintenance of local roads
  • Decision making that reflects community opinion

The areas we most need to focus on are:

  • Maintaining local roads and footpaths
  • Provision of information to the community
  • Providing opportunities for the community to take part in decision making
  • Making decisions that reflect community opinion
  • Financial management
