Community Facilities Water & Sewer Development Charge Subsidy Policy

MidCoast Council, under Section 64 of the Local Government Act, levies Development Contributions upon new development to fund the creation and upgrade community infrastructure required to service development.
The purpose of this policy is to provide guidelines for staff completing the assessment of development applications lodged for community facilities.
