Old Bar Park

On the northern side of the park is the day area complete with BBQ’s, picnic shelters and settings as well as a children’s playground. There is also plenty of parking and a kiosk which operates during the summer months.

The southern side of the park has the beach access, Surf Lifesaving Club, public amenities and skate park.

This beach is patrolled during the swimming season (October to April) by both professional life guards (during school holidays) and by volunteer surf life savers on weekends and public holidays.

Located at the end of Old Bar Road, is Old Bar Skatepark. This small prefab concrete park offers skate items such as quarters, banks and a flatbar and is suitable for beginners.
