Our delivery program, operational plan and budgets

Our delivery program turns the goals in the community strategic plan into actions. All plans, projects, activities and funding allocations link to the delivery program.

The Operational Plan spells out the detail of the delivery program. It identifies the projects and activities that will be undertaken in a specific year and includes our annual budget and our fees and charges.
