MidCoast Council's Ordinary Council and Strategic Committee Meetings business papers, including minutes, agendas, reports and related attachments are available below.
Agendas are usually available on the website by 1pm on the Friday prior to the meeting date and the minutes of the meeting will be available on the website a few days after each meeting.
Listed below are all the minutes and agendas for all MidCoast Council meetings. Click on the '+' to expand the meeting information. You will then find all of the documents available to view and download in pdf format.
You can use the search boxes on the right to find a specific meeting. Use the search phrase or keyword to search for detailed meeting content. This may include specific DA numbers, addresses or applicant names.
Ordinary Meeting of 2 February 2022 - Livestream
The Ordinary Meeting of 2 February 2022 will be webcast live from 2pm. The public will be able to view the meeting via livestream through an audio-visual weblink of the meeting. The weblink will be available on the morning of the Council Meeting.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting. Social distancing must be maintained and masks are required. For the wellbeing and safety of all, the maximum number of members of the public able to attend the Meeting is 25.
Registration is required to attend by completing the Registration Form. Alternatively, you can call the Corporate Support team via our Customer Service Centre on 7955 7777. Registrations close 12noon Tuesday 1 February 2022.
Once 25 registrations have been received and approved, no further registrations will be permitted.
A shuttle service from out the front of the MidCoast Council Library in Victoria Street, Taree will leave on 2 February 2022 at:
- 9am for those registered for the shuttle and registered for the Open and Public forums.
- 1:30pm for people registered for the shuttle and registered to attend the Council Meeting.
The shuttle service will return to Victoria Street at the conclusion of both sessions. No additional pick ups or drop offs available. Should you require the shuttle service you must register for that service, as well as registering to attend the meeting or the Open and Public Forum.
You will be required to scan the QR Code for Service NSW on arrival so please allow additional time when you arrive.
Please note: If the Public Health Orders change prior to the meeting, attendance may need to be revoked at short notice.
