Seniors represent an important part of our MidCoast community! See below for information and events relevant to our local seniors.

Stay Independent

MidCoast Assist can help you stay independent and remain in your home.  Visit our MidCoast Assist website for more information on how we can help.

Ageing Strategy Survey

We are currently consulting with the community to develop an Ageing Strategy for the MidCoast area. With 53% of us aged over 50 and a sharp increase in the proportion of older residents over the next few years, it's important that we plan effectively for our ageing population, and understand what the issues are for our older residents.

Your input is important to help us identify our focus areas. Please take our survey below. Hard copies are available on request. The survey closes on 20 December.

We'll run some focus groups in early 2020 to address the issues identified through the survey.
