Proposed road naming - Ellenora Circuit, Wingham

In accordance with the requirements of the Geographical Names Board of NSW, the Roads Act 1993 and Roads (General) Regulation 2008, Mid-Coast Council proposes:

That the constructed road part of a development MOD2022/0170 at Ellenora Circuit, Wingham be named Myah Close.

Proposed road naming - RDA2025/0086 - 9 Sheppard St, Old Bar

In accordance with the requirements of the Geographical Names Board of NSW, the Roads Act 1993 and Roads (General) Regulation 2008, Mid-Coast Council proposes:
That the newly constructed road part of development DA/0550/2005 at 9 Sheppard St, Old Bar (Medowie Road) be named Hawkins Close.

Proposed Issue of Public Gate Permit - Khatambuhl Creek Road

In accordance with the provisions of the Roads Act 1993 and the Roads Regulation 2008, it is hereby notified that MidCoast Council proposes to issue a Public Gate Permit to Silknote Pty Ltd of Lot 147 DP754421, Khatambuhl, for the installation of a Public Gate.
