Proposed road closure - Mud Hut Road, Cobark

In accordance with Section 38B of the Roads Act 1993, notice is given that Mid-Coast Council will consider the permanent closure of a Council Public road in connection with the acquisition of land for public road.

The road under consideration comprises Council Public associated with Mud Hut Road, Cobark, within/adjacent to Lots 50 & 51 DP753147. Upon closure of the road, the land is to be transferred to the adjacent owner as compensation.

Written submissions will be accepted by email or post by Wednesday 29 August 2018.

If the submission is made by way of objection, then the grounds of the objection must be specified.
