Draft Fees and Charges - Hire of Council Chambers

We are keen to facilitate and encourage members of the community to experience and use the new administration building wherever possible. One opportunity is to allow businesses, community groups and members of the public to hire the Council Chambers at its new administration building at Yalawanyi Ganya for functions and events.

Council's attached report outlines proposed fees. These fees are on public exhibition until Wednesday 27 January 2021 and we are seeking feedback prior to adding them to the existing fees and charges.

Please provide full return address and telephone number when making a submission. 

Where a submission is made by way of objection, the grounds of objection must be specified.
