We have received a development application from Coastplan Group Pty Ltd seeking consent for demolition and construction of a mixed use development on Lot 16 DP 881494, 1 Wharf Street, Tuncurry (DA 27/2019).

The application is classed as Integrated Development and requires approval from the NSW Office of Water under the Water Management Act 2000, in respect to a controlled activity.
