The MidCoast Council draft Delivery Program (2018-2021) & Operational Plan (2018 - 2019) is currently on public exhibition along with the draft Detailed Budget (2018-2019) and draft 2018 -2019 Fees and Charges.

If you’re keen to find out what we’re planning to achieve over the next 12 months, and where we are heading over the next three years, make sure to review our draft Operational Plan (2018-19) and Delivery Program (2018-21).

Both are presented in a single document, alongside the annual budget, proposed schedule of fees and charges, and statement of revenue policy.

The Operational Plan outlines a range of specific projects and measurement criteria that will serve as a delivery checklist for the upcoming year.

The draft documents are open for feedback until Wednesday 13 June.
