We have received the following application to modify a development for a Manufactured Homes Estate as follows:

Property description: Lot 1 DP 594864

Property address: Lewis Street, Old Bar  NSW  2430

Proposed modification:

  • Delete the Wyden Street/Forest Lane connection with George Street, Old Bar
  • Alter site layout and reduce the number of sites to 181

Applicant: Gateway Lifestyle Investments Holdings Pty Ltd

Consent authority: MidCoast Council
