We have received a development application from Wakefield Ashurst  Developments Pty Ltd for property address 15 Peel Street, Tuncurry.

Proposed Development:

Residential Flat Building. The development is integrated under Division 5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and requires the approval of the Office of Water with respect to the Water Management Act 2000.

The development application and documents accompanying the application may be viewed by clicking on the document links to the right of this page or in person at our Forster (Breese Parade) office during normal business hours.

These documents are open for public exhibition until 4.30pm on the 11 August 2017.

Any person may, during the above period, make a written submission to Council in relation to the development application. Where a submission is made by way of objection, the grounds of objection must be specified.
