Council Structure

Administrator - John Turner

Mr Turner was appointed as the Administrator of the Council by a proclamation of the Governor of NSW on 12 May 2016. The administrator is responsible for making executive Council decisions and implementing the new Council structure. While under administration, Mr Turner undertakes the role normally performed by Councillors.

Interim General Manager - Glenn Handford

As interim General Manager of MidCoast Council, Mr Handford will oversee the ongoing development of a Council that has the means to become financially sustainable and is customer focussed.
